Uses of Mebeverine Hydrochloride tablets:

Mebeverine hydrochloride belongs to a class of medicines called antispasmodics. This tablet helps to relax the muscles of the gastro-intestinal tract (gut). It is used to treat conditions like irritable bowel syndrome and similar problems like chronic irritable colon, spastic constipation, mucous colitis, and spastic colitis. Irritable bowel syndrome is a common condition which causes spasm and pain in intestine or gut. The intestine is a long muscular tube which passes food down so it can be digested. If the intestine squeezes too tightly or goes into spasm, then you get in pain. This drug works by relieving the spasm, pain, and other symptoms of IBS.
