Uses of Cetrizine Tablets:

Cetirizine tablets are antihistamine which is used to relieve allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes/nose, sneezing, hives, and itching. Cetrizine tablets works by blocking certain natural substance known as histamine that your body makes during any reaction. Cetirizine is not used does to prevent hives or treat serious allergic reaction such as anaphylaxis. It is not recommended to use cetirizine in place of epinephrine. Allergies affect your nose, sinuses, throat, and other areas of your upper respiratory system. Please inform your doctor if you are regularly using other medicines that make you feel sleepy such as other cold or allergy medicine, narcotic pain medicine, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers, and medicine for seizures, depression, or anxiety.
