Uses of Glicazide tablets:

They are not recommended for children or in patients with diabetes requiring insulin. Gliclazide tablets are used in combination with diet and exercise routine to control high blood sugar in non-insulin dependent diabetic patients. If high blood sugar is controlled properly then it prevents heart disease, strokes, kidney disease, circulation problems, and blindness. It is advisable to take this medication with meals.
